Selling your home
When you put your house on the market you must have an EPC in place within 28 days.
An EPC has been commissioned when a Domestic Energy Assessor has been instructed to prepare the EPC and the EPC has either been paid for or has given a clear undertaking to pay for it.

What is involved and the cost?
It is easy! Book an appointment and we will visit your property and make the assessment, typically this takes 1-2 hours. If you have an urgent need we can often respond in one working day so call us to check.
We will then send you a written report - this can be by email and/or on paper and is usually dispatched within 2 working days.
